Terms and Conditions 
 

1. The promoter is Equidivine LTD, 12 Mallory Close, St Athan, Vale Of Glamorgan, CF62 4JJ.

2. If you are aged 16 or under when you register, you must provide us with a valid email address for your parent or guardian. Without this you won't be able to enter via our website.

3. The sponsorship deal is for one year from the date the winners are announced.

4. Sponsorship consists of personalised equidivine Clothing for the horse and rider including Rug, Saddlecloth and polo shirt, a year’s supply of equidivine products to the value of £1000, support and promotion via Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, our website and the print media.

5. A valid entry consists of a fully completed entry form, accompanied by links to your pages with photos. What discipline you ride at, why you want to be an equidivine sponsored rider and how you will support equidivine LTD.

6. Entries must be submitted via the online form on our website

7. Automated entries, bulk entries and third party entries will be disqualified

8. The promoters' decision is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.

9. The promoter reserves the right to change any aspect of the prize.

10. The prize will be subject to any additional terms and conditions of the suppliers of the prize.

11. The promoters are excluded from liability for any loss, damage or injury which might occur to the winner arising from his or her acceptance of the prize.

12. The winners must be willing to act as a brand ambassador at all competitions, use and recommend our products, to promote and interact with equidivine on all social media, to be available for media interviews, print and potentially TV, and to keep a monthly blog/video blog for use on our website and social media. 

13. The content must be your own property. It should not infringe intellectual property or other rights of any third party (for example trademarks, copyright, privacy rights.)

14. By entering this competition you are agreeing that any submissions made become the property of equidivine LTD.

15. Entry to this promotion shall be deemed full and unconditional acceptance of the terms and conditions.

16. The promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions.

17. Equidivine reserve the right to cancel this competition or alter any of the rules at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion, and if circumstances arise outside of its control.

18. If the winner is unable to be contacted after reasonable attempts have been made; equidivine reserve the right to either offer the prize to a runner up, or to re-offer the prize in any future competition.

19. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Scotland and subject to the jurisdiction of the Scottish Courts.

20. Applications open at noon Wednesday 26th August 2015 and close September 31st at midnight BST.

21. 1 entry per person. Multiple entries will be void and the entrant disqualified.

22. Equidivine can accept no responsibility for entries delayed or undelivered. Incomplete entries will be disqualified. Equidivine shall not be responsible for technical errors in Internet access or otherwise preventing entry to any competition.

23. Years supply of equidivine products within reason. Members of #equidivine will also receive special rewards throughout the year largely dependent on success & levels of communication between the riders and equidivine LTD.
